What NordPass Business reviewers like and dislike
Reviewers mostly praise how easily it rolls out to a team and how simple it makes sharing passwords between colleagues; many also mention the apps and quick support. Complaints focus on autofill that fills the wrong field or misses a login, and on the browser extension dropping out or asking for the master password again. Admins at larger companies want more reporting, and a few find it expensive.
How G2 collected these reviews
G2 marks every one of these reviewers as validated. It labels 66 of the 100 Incentivized, and 70 came in through review invitations G2 sent on Nord Security's behalf; 24 came from G2's own invitations and 6 were left unprompted. In this sample the incentivized reviews average 4.56 and the rest 4.5, so the label makes little difference to the score. Each card shows the reviewer's role, company size, and G2's label.

Enhances Security with Group Sharing
Likes: I really like the ability to share by groups in NordPass Business. It allows us to ensure that only the right team members have access to the specific logins and information they need. For example, our Servicedesk team has access to certain logins and information, while the Systems team might have access to those plus other logins. This feature has been valuable because it eliminates the need to keep track of a spreadsheet and adds a secure layer to sharing information. It's also super easy to set up. Dislikes: For AutoFill, sometimes it does not save the password/login correctly. Also the Autofill icon sometimes gets in the way on the screen or you can't see if you are typing. There are times that we don't want to save the information in NordPass or that the information is not necessary to save. The biggest gripe is having to have 2 passwords to get in to NordPass because users seem to forget one of them.
Read the original on G2Modern Interface, Robust Security, but Somewhat Tedious
Likes: Well, there are several things. Like the secure compartment, the password sharing feature is the best. It gives more people at your work access to a tool without having to tell them the password, without having to write it down on a piece of paper, or send it via message. The interface is modern, clean, easy to understand, and much easier than other older managers. And the learning curve for the team was absolutely zero. Dislikes: Well, sometimes the browser extension disconnects and asks for the master password too frequently, which delays certain processes. If someone loses the master password, the recovery process can be tedious. There are no custom folders and I would like to have a few more options in this regard.

Likes: I really like how NordPass Business allows me to select the password and email, and it fills out automatically without having to type anything. It's fast, reliable, and secure, which is great for our team's workflow as we constantly log into various internal and external tools. The credentials are fetched automatically, so there's no need to remember passwords. It's also nice that we don't have to worry about exposing passwords on sticky notes or team chats on Slack. The import process was smooth too, as the admin team could just provide a file to NordPass, which detected and imported everything automatically. Dislikes: I find their pricing structure a little bit too steep. If they can really work on that, it would be much more helpful for us. There is also no integration in NordPass Business aside from the Chrome extension, which is a bit limiting.

Likes: NordPass Business has revolutionized the management of passwords in our team. The user-friendly interface ensures that it is very easy to be adopted by employees including those who are not tech-savvy. The autofill feature is compatible with all the browsers and devices, and it saves useful time in the day-to-day operations. The strong administration controls that enable me to control user access, security health score, and cracks password policies throughout the organization are aspects I like most. The password sharing mechanism has also enabled cooperation among the groups without security being compromised as the secure feature allows the sharing of passwords. Also, the XChaCha20 encryption will make me believe that our sensitive information is secured according to the highest level of security parameters. Dislikes: Although NordPass Business is strong in most aspects, it has certain limitations that should be mentioned. The reporting capabilities might be richer - I would prefer to get more information regarding password usage patterns and security compliance indicators. In some cases, the autofill feature cannot work with some intricate login systems or one-page authentication system, so it has to be done manually. The mobile application is practical, but it is not as refined as the desktop version and has more room for a better navigation. Finally, the cost may be high to smaller teams, particularly compared to some of its competitors who may provide the same core product at cheaper prices.

Likes: It's straightforward, easy to use, the mobile app is fantastic and fast to use with the face recognition. It can be installed on any device and each one operates just as well as the other, so it's easy to implement into your existing workflow. We changed from our previous provider to NordPass in under 24 hours, so it's easy peasy to get going with. I personally use it daily and I'm pretty sure everyone on our team does as well. I've never needed customer support but that in itself is a testimonial to the product. Dislikes: Honestly, nothing. I just learned I can even store my credit card information securely so it has features I didn't even realize I needed.

Likes: What I like about NordPass and overall the Nord company, is that they are always innovating, there are always new features coming out for us. As a business with a team of over 30 members, we have found NordPass to be exceptionally reliable. Its availability as both a standalone application and browser extension across all major platforms ensures seamless access via a single login. In addition, NordPass’s enterprise-grade administration console simplifies user and credential management for organizations. Deployment was straightforward from the outset, and NordPass quickly became integral to our workflow; we no longer share credentials outside of the platform, underscoring its importance to our security practices. Furthermore, our interactions with Nord’s customer support have been flawless—aside from a routine inquiry during contract renewal, we have not encountered any issues. Overall, NordPass operates smoothly and effectively supports our security needs. Dislikes: There are couple things I wish they add in the future, which is already available on the iPhone and that is facial recognition for logging into NordPass, as it required you to login multiple times, specially when you are using multiple browsers and multiple devices at the same time.

Likes: NordPass Business is easy to deploy, from integrating SSO with Azure AD (Entra ID) to provisioning users and groups, you can be up and running within 15 minutes. Being able to centrally deploy the Browser extension from GPO policies, with support for all major browsers, makes it easy to ensure that users have the software available to them when they receive their invite e-mail. The browser extension is fast and detects more autofill opportunities than competitors, which means my users are more likely to use the software daily compared to the previous solution which they found cumbersome. Customer Service was excellent with a response to an initial question about syncing groups being answered within minutes of sending the e-mail. They have extensive guides on getting setup. Dislikes: At the moment there is nothing to dislike about NordPass Business, from initial contact about a demo/pricing, running a trial, buying licenses and implementing the product there are only positives.

Likes: Managing passwords used to be a mess—notes, spreadsheets, and constant resets. NordPass made things so much easier. It’s super user-friendly, and setting it up for my department took minutes. Everyone got onboard quickly, even those who aren’t tech-savvy. The autofill works like a charm, syncing smoothly across devices, and the interface is clean and simple. Sharing passwords securely within teams is now effortless, and I love how easily I can manage access when someone joins or leaves. We use NordPass every day—multiple times a day, actually. It’s fully integrated with our corporate browser setup, so it feels like a natural part of our workflow. From logging into internal platforms to accessing shared tools and services, everything just flows. It’s reduced the amount of time we spend hunting for passwords or dealing with login issues, which adds up quickly in a busy work environment. Dislikes: The only downside for me is the lack of integrated multi-factor authentication (MFA) like Bitwarden offers. It would’ve been great to manage 2FA codes directly inside NordPass, especially when dealing with multiple team accounts. It’s not a dealbreaker but having that extra layer built in would make it a near-perfect solution.

Likes: Excellent and easy to use tools for sharing passwords. Similarly, adjusting passwords for employees with the dashboard is very straightforward. Global security policies are customizable down to individual users, a level of granularity that our business needs. Dislikes: Desktop application lacks the ability to save passwords for programs on the computer itself. Similarly, any passwords which are used for websites and shared to applications cannot be utilized through the password vault on that application. When we encountered initial issues with our account (setup issues, but have never received an explanation) there was no real-time support available. Having to wait 24 hours for a server-side issue to be addressed is incredibly problematic. The type of issue which would see our firm change products, were it to occur during business hours.
Read the original on G2Good user and admin experience
Likes: The nordpass extension is easy to use for autofilling passwords but also for searching for passwords and links to websites. Nordpass was easy to rollout to users, once they received their email invite it took very little intervention from IT for them to complete the setup and import their passwords. We now have over 80 users using Nordpass daily through the browser. Support for onboarding was very helpful and made sure we had a positive experience. Dislikes: The web extension sometimes suggests the wrong password but this is typically for internal web based services where the address is less easily identifiable.
Read the original on G2Simplified Security, Impressive Visual Clarity
Likes: I like NordPass Business for its simplicity and visual clarity. As a designer constantly switching between complex creative tools, its clean and modern interface is easy to navigate. I also like the security scanner feature, which alerts me if any of my passwords have been compromised in a data breach. This feature has been a massive asset for me, as it allows me to easily update my details and stay ahead of threats, giving me the confidence to assure my clients that their sensitive data is being protected by real-time security monitoring. Dislikes: I think the autofill feature can occasionally be a bit over-eager, it sometimes tries to fill in fields that are not actually login boxes.
Read the original on G2Enhances Security with Seamless Integration
Likes: I love that NordPass Business offers strong security features, like encryption and zero knowledge, which are vital for protecting my business's data from phishing and breaches. The clean and controlled admin panel is intuitive and well-organized across platforms. The cost-effective plans and easy integration with tools like Microsoft Sentinel and Okta enhance its value. The onboarding process is smooth, and customer support is efficient and reliable. Features like password health dashboards, data breach scanners, secure sharing, and multifactor authentication significantly improve our security and compliance. Plus, the centralized management simplifies team access control, increasing convenience and efficiency. Dislikes: I would change the basic insights offered, such as member activity and password strength reports. They could be more data-driven and actionable. It would be beneficial to add detailed security analytics usage dashboards to provide better visibility into security practices. This would make it easier to demonstrate compliance during audits. Adding a seamless workflow for password sharing and security alerts directly to the app would also be advantageous. Role-based access control should be expanded to enable custom role creation beyond just admin users, allowing for granular control over permissions. This feature would be ideal for large organizations or agencies, reducing human error and enforcing the principle of least privilege.

Likes: I like how easy and convenient it is to use NordPass to share credentials with workmates. It is easy to implement and I cannot imagine keeping track of the credentials without this secure tool. I a lso like how the details auto fill the appropriate space. This saves time and minimizes errors. Dislikes: As a tech person I understand the risk of data security issues so I always feel like a third party could access the data though it has never happened. There is that perceived risk. I would appreciate a feature to limit access to view only or allow one-time access. Or maybe a deadline for which the other person can access the shared password.
Read the original on G2Great tool for keeping passwords safe at work
Likes: What I like most is the fact that I can get to my passwords really quick and from wherever I need. In our job we sometimes have to share sensitive login details with colleagues, and NordPass makes that way easier and a lot safer. Nobody has to remember strange long passwords or write them on sticky notes anymore, which is a huge relief. The setup was honestly very fast, implementation didn't cause us much headache, and the interface is simple enough that new people learn it fast. Dislikes: The only thing that sometimes slows me down a bit is switching between the admin settings and my own password safe. It can feel a bit confusing, and I need a moment to find the right option. But to be fair, that's more of an admin issue and not something the regular users will notice.

Likes: NordPass Business was helpful in managing and sharing passwords for not just my own accounts but also for any company accounts I needed to have access to. It was easy to set up and integrate with the browsers we use at work. I use it multiple times per day when doing various tasks that pop up. Dislikes: The only dislike I have is the constant need to log into the application, I could step away from my computer for any period of time and it would lock the application. I could lock my computer for no more than 5 minutes to assist someone and come back and have to re-enter my master password to access the password manager and others times I could lock my computer for 10-15 minutes. I could understand if I was fully signing out of my account of the computer or shutting down and restarting it, but a brief period in between the work day makes it an inconvenience.

Likes: NordPass offers a sleek, intuitive password management experience backed by the security of zero-knowledge architecture and encryption standards developed by Nord Security (the team behind NordVPN). With features like password health reports, secure item sharing, and multi-device sync, it’s a solid choice for individuals and teams looking to boost their online security without hassle. Pros: End-to-end encrypted, zero-knowledge architecture Easy-to-use interface with autofill and password generator Cross-platform support (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, browser extensions) Breach scanner and password health check Affordable pricing with a family and business plan option Dislikes: Cons: Lacks some advanced features found in competitors (e.g., full custom form filling) Offline access is limited to desktop app Free version is somewhat restricted (e.g., only one device at a time)

Likes: What I appreciate most about NordPass Business is how easy it makes secure password management across our entire team. The shared folders and access controls allow us to organize credentials by department or project, while still maintaining strict oversight. The interface is clean and intuitive, so even new team members can get started without training. I also value the zero-knowledge architecture and strong encryption—it gives us peace of mind knowing our data is safe. Overall, it strikes a great balance between usability and security. Dislikes: While NordPass Business works well overall, there are a few areas with room for improvement. The admin dashboard could offer more advanced reporting features or activity logs for better oversight. Occasionally, browser extensions require a refresh to autofill properly, which can slow things down a bit.

Likes: NordPass Business has made managing credentials across our team seamless. I love how easy it is to organize vaults and share access securely with other team members. The UI is intuitive even for non-technical users, and the autofill and autosave features work consistently across browsers. It also helps a lot that NordPass supports zero-knowledge encryption — security is clearly a top priority. Dislikes: There are a few small UX quirks, like occasional sync delays between devices or needing to refresh to see a newly added item. I’d also love deeper integrations with tools like Azure AD or more granular permission controls within shared folders. But these are minor compared to how well the tool works overall.

Likes: In today's digital world, a robust password manager is crucial for business security. NordPass for Business provides an exceptional solution, significantly boosting both security and operational efficiency. The value of a dedicated password manager is immense. It eliminates the need for employees to juggle numerous complex passwords or resort to insecure practices like reusing weak ones. NordPass centralizes all credentials in a highly encrypted vault, accessible only with a master password, drastically reducing data breach risks and saving valuable time. NordPass for Business truly shines with its outstanding sharing features, which are a game-changer for organizations. Securely sharing login credentials among team members is seamless, whether it's for marketing platforms, CRM systems, or shared company accounts, all without ever exposing the actual password. Key benefits of its sharing features include: Granular Control: Admins precisely define and revoke access, ensuring sensitive information is only with authorized personnel. Encrypted Sharing: End-to-end encryption secures passwords during transit and storage, eliminating insecure sharing methods. Streamlined Onboarding & Offboarding: Quickly grant or revoke access for employees, enhancing security and reducing administrative burden. Shared Vaults: Facilitates efficient, organized collaboration through dedicated team vaults. Activity Logs: Provides a clear audit trail for compliance and security monitoring. Beyond sharing, NordPass offers multi-factor authentication, a strong password generator, and dark web monitoring, all within a user-friendly interface. In summary, NordPass for Business is a comprehensive security solution that empowers organizations with strong encryption and incredibly useful, secure sharing capabilities, making it an invaluable asset for enhancing cybersecurity and streamlining operations. Highly recommended! Dislikes: The only thing I dislike about Nordpass is that you cannot use multiple devices for OTP; you can only set it up on one, and you're forced to use that device.

Likes: NordPass makes it easy to manage teams by creating shared folders to organize shared passwords with team members. It's easy to create new passwords for websites, update passwords, and organize any notes (pin numbers, etc.). The app is straightforward as well, and I trust NordPass's security measures. I use it all day, every day - and thankful I only have to remember one password! I have reached out to support a few times (a user error on my part) and the reps were quick and helpful. Dislikes: It takes a while to set up, it's just the nature of setting up a password manager. It also logs me out of my Chrome profile each day which is frustrating but also a good security feature (I haven't looked to see if I can change).

Likes: NordPass has been a solid solution for our team. The desktop app and browser extension work well together, syncing without issues. What I really appreciate is that it’s officially approved by our company—so we no longer have to rely on personal password vaults or keep things in local tools like KeePassX. It simplifies everything, especially for teams that need a secure but easy-to-use solution. Dislikes: There are a few annoyances. Some passwords that were shared by former colleagues still show up in my list—even though they’re expired or no longer relevant. I haven’t found a way to hide or remove them from view, which clutters up the experience. If there is a way, it’s not obvious, so the interface could definitely use some polishing here. It would also be great to have a feature for tagging or labeling entries. That would make it easier to sort and filter passwords, especially when managing a large set. Something like Gmail-style labels would do the trick.

Likes: I’ve been using NordPass for a while now, and honestly it’s one of the easiest tools to get started with. The setup was super quick. What I like the most is how smooth and user-friendly the interface is—it doesn’t overwhelm you with too much, but still offers everything you need. The password generator is strong and really easy to use, and the email breach scanner has worked great so far, giving me peace of mind. I use it daily, and it integrates well across all my devices and browsers without any hassle. Even when I needed help, customer support was very helpful. Overall, NordPass strikes a great balance between simplicity and powerful features, making it a reliable password manager I genuinely enjoy using. Dislikes: I truly only have a problem with it being annoying on local projects or sites I'm working on and I have yet to find an easy way to turn it off for just those. I guess it could also just be a skills issue on my end—I'm probably just not exploring the settings thoroughly enough.

Likes: What we value most about NordPass Business is the balance between simplicity and security. As a foundation that works with volunteers and handles sensitive data, it's critical for us to ensure secure access without creating unnecessary technical hurdles. NordPass allows us to centrally manage credentials, enforce strong password policies, and share access safely—all from an intuitive interface. Additionally, the zero-knowledge architecture aligns with our commitment to data privacy and responsible digital practices, making NordPass a reliable cornerstone in our cybersecurity approach. That said, the customer support is outstanding, and we truly appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism of the team. In particular, our account manager, Ugnė Arbačiauskaitė, has been a tremendous help—always friendly, clear, and proactive. That kind of support makes a real difference. What we also like: Ease of Implementation: Getting started with NordPass was quick and straightforward. The onboarding process is intuitive, even for non-technical users. Frequency of Use: We use NordPass daily to manage access across various platforms and services. The auto-fill and password-sharing features have streamlined many of our workflows. Ease of Integration: While there's room for more advanced integrations, NordPass works well with our current tools and fits neatly into our digital ecosystem. Dislikes: The admin interface could benefit from more granular user permission settings, especially when managing a mix of volunteers and board members with varying access levels. These are not dealbreakers, but improvements in those areas would make NordPass even more effective in a nonprofit environment like ours.

Likes: What I like best is how straightforward it is to get everything up and running. The setup was quick, and we could roll it out to the team without much fuss. For a business, having a tool that is secure yet simple enough to be adopted easily is a huge plus. It just works right out of the box. Dislikes: While it's generally easy to use, we noticed a bit of a learning curve for team members who aren't as tech-savvy. Some of the initial steps to get comfortable with the browser extension and app weren't immediately obvious to them, which required a little extra support from our end to get everyone fully on board.

Likes: The platform is intuitive and easy to use. A client of mine has used the tool in order to share specific passwords or groups of passwords (in folders) to individuals who focus on particular streams of a business, ensuring both safe sharing broadly and that no one has access to passwords irrelevant to their work. So long as each team member remembers their master password, everything is easy and smooth with NordPass Business. Dislikes: For reasons I am not privy to, the onboarding experience with our team hasn't been the smoothest. I would not say that most people want to use the tool, or perhaps, want to learn how to use it and change their habits/computer settings. For this reason, I don't believe the company will continue in the platform's use after the two years we pre-paid for at a notably wonderful price.

Likes: I've been using NordPass for a while now and honestly, it's been a game-changer. If you're someone who constantly forgets passwords or ends up using the same one everywhere (guilty!), this tool makes life so much easier. The setup was super straightforward — just install it, create a master password, and you're good to go. The interface is clean and really easy to navigate, even if you're not particularly techy. I like how it autofills login info across websites and apps without fuss, and the browser extension works smoothly without being annoying. One thing I really appreciate is how secure it feels. Everything is encrypted locally before syncing, and it supports things like biometric login, which makes logging in quick but still safe. Plus, there's a handy password health checker that helps spot weak or reused passwords. It also stores things like credit card details, secure notes, and even Wi-Fi passwords — which I never realised I'd find so useful until I started using it. Overall, NordPass just works. It’s simple, secure, and does exactly what it promises without overcomplicating things. Highly recommend it if you’re tired of juggling passwords or just want something that helps you stay a bit more secure online without the headache. Dislikes: That said, NordPass isn’t perfect. The mobile app, while generally good, can occasionally be a bit slow to sync or autofill, especially on certain websites. Also, while the desktop app is slick, some advanced features like password sharing and item categorisation could be a bit more flexible or intuitive. Nothing deal-breaking, but worth keeping in mind if you're comparing with other password managers.

Likes: NordPass Business offers a clean and easy-to-use interface, which makes onboarding new team members effortless. The ability to share credentials securely within our team has significantly improved our productivity. I also appreciate the zero-knowledge architecture, ensuring our data stays encrypted and private. Features like password health reports and breach monitoring are valuable additions for maintaining strong security practices. Dislikes: One limitation I’ve noticed is that the mobile experience occasionally lags behind the desktop version in terms of responsiveness and feature parity. Additionally, the lack of deeper integrations with some third-party apps we use, like Asana or ClickUp, is a slight inconvenience. A few more customization options for user roles and access levels would also be helpful.

I also like the password health tools, like the data breach scanner and weak password alerts—they give an added layer of security and peace of mind. The ability to store not just passwords, but notes, credit cards, and personal info securely is another bonus. It was really easy to implement this for our team and we are using this several time a day. Dislikes: I would love MFA manager included in our plan. Likes: My NordPass Business account was so easy to create and set up. I was able to start saving my passwords immediately, taking away the stress of remembering all my logins when starting my new job. I love the password generator feature - its easy for me to get in the habit of using the same passwords for everything, but this way I don't have the stress of trying to remember, and I can be sure I am using strong and secure passwords. I use my NordPass business account every working day and it's especially useful after a period of annual leave, so that I don't have to remember my logins myself. I have not had to use Customer Support yet, because it is so easy and intuitive to use already. There are so many additional features I have not yet used such as credit cards, secure notes and password health - I feel that NordPass have thought of everything and I know that the platform will be sustainable as I grow into my new role and the security requirements. Dislikes: A downside I have experienced is the requirement to login every time I power up my laptop. That said, now that I am used to it, I can remember my master password (as it's only one I have to remember!) and I appreciate that this provides additional security.

Likes: Nordpass Business offers a clean, user-friendly interface that makes managing and sharing passwords across our team simple and secure. The ability to organize credentials by vaults and assign access based on roles has saved us time and improved internal accountability. We especially appreciate the data breach scanner and zero-knowledge architecture—it helps us stay proactive about client security. We use it every day so it really is helpful for streamlining security and ensuring that we have visibility into breaches. Dislikes: The browser extension can occasionally lag or need a refresh to recognize new logins. While not a dealbreaker, better syncing across platforms (desktop/mobile) would enhance the experience. More granular admin controls for larger teams would also be a great addition. We haven't had any customers complain about any implementation issues.

Likes: We searched for the most optimal password manager for our 10+ people company. We have tried a couple of options and ended up selecting NordPass and since then, we used it daily. It's highly flexible, the plugins for Safari and Chrome work flawlessly, and we used to have problems with this from other suppliers. Items can be easily reshared between employees. A cool add-on is keeping TOTP codes within the password item, the same NordPass mobile app. They have also done great work with context switching between private/business. Dislikes: Every item needs to be shared individually. The folder sharing is available only in NordPass Business Enterprise option.

It syncs across platforms so I can log in no matter what device I'm using. It also notifies me if one of my usernames or passwords appears in a breach. Implementation was fast and required minimal training, and the browser extension works like a charm. Plus, their zero-knowledge architecture gives us peace of mind. Dislikes: While it's a solid tool overall, I wish there were more advanced admin-level reporting features. Sometimes, managing larger teams would benefit from deeper insights into usage patterns or password hygiene.

Likes: The provision and sharing of shared accesses within our club board saves us a lot of time and also brings security. The exchange of passwords after changes through other means was insecure. The partial local storage in password safes was made obsolete by Nord Pass. The creation of different thematic areas for passwords brings structure to the various target systems and accesses. Everything is clear, and the admin area is easy to handle and provides valuable information about the nature of users' passwords to encourage improvement/strengthening of the passwords. Dislikes: The automatic icon detection for websites is not always available, here an individual configuration of the icon for the entry should be made possible.

Likes: Since I discovered Nordpass, my work life has been simplified because I don't have to remember passwords, the level of security is maximum because I also don't have to write them down in places where anyone can see them. Additionally, implementing and activating this setup is extremely easy. When I had the free trial, I did it with the enterprise plan and the integration it had with Microsoft was wonderful. The frequency of use I give to this application is 100% and the customer support is satisfactory. Dislikes: If I have to say something negative, it would be that I will no longer have the need to learn passwords, and it could be a future problem if I stop using the application.

It's also super helpful when working in teams - at work, we have to pass certain security standards in order to work with some large corporate clients; this means not sending passwords over chat services like Slack or WhatsApp. NordPass makes it really easy to securely share passwords with specific team members. I also love how easy it is to install and use, to integrate it into your browser (in my case: Chrome) you just install the plugin and away you go - you have instant access to all of your saved passwords. Another cool feature is that it notifies you if any of your saved accesses have been in a data breach of any kind, so you can update them and make them more secure. Dislikes: To be honest I don't really have anything negative to say about NordPass Business, it's been really helpful for my professional use.

Likes: NordPass makes it incredibly easy to store, share, and manage passwords across the team. The interface is clean and intuitive, which helped with fast adoption even for less tech-savvy members. The zero-knowledge architecture gives us peace of mind that our data stays secure. The ability to organize credentials into folders, set access permissions, and monitor usage adds a great layer of control from an admin perspective. Dislikes: The browser extension occasionally logs out or takes a bit to sync across devices. While not a dealbreaker, it can interrupt workflow.

Likes: NordPass Business offers a clean, intuitive interface that makes it incredibly easy to manage passwords across teams. I particularly appreciate the zero-knowledge architecture and biometric login support. The ability to securely share credentials among team members and organize them into collections has streamlined our internal security processes significantly Dislikes: The admin dashboard, while functional, could offer more advanced reporting and audit features. Additionally, integration options with third-party services and SSO providers feel somewhat limited compared to enterprise competitors. Mobile sync occasionally lags, which can be frustrating in urgent cases.

Likes: NordPass Business is a great collaborative tool. It makes it easy for our team to securely share and manage passwords. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, which makes onboarding new team members very simple. Overall, I’m very satisfied with how it improves our workflow and security. Dislikes: There are still some things that could be improved. I’d like to see better management of shared passwords within folders—especially the option to assign a co-owner to a shared folder instead of just one owner. Also, the Chrome plugin sometimes crashes or disconnects, which can be frustrating.

Likes: It is an essential tool for keeping passwords secure and improving password hygiene, especially when cyber attacks are so common. It was very easy to implement in our business and setup an MSP account to manage customer NordPass accounts. I have only needed support from NordPass once and it was very helpful. I use NordPass every day for personal and business use. It also integrates nicely with our password policy because users can simply choose a compliant password length with whatever complexity they wish, and NordPass immediately creates one for you. The email masking makes this even better with the ability to also disguise your email online. Dislikes: Sometimes the autofill function does not work on certain browsers, but this is rare.
Read the original on G2Currently the best password management tool. (05/2025)
Likes: It is definitely one of the best password management tools, it adapts well to all needs, the user experience is clear and pleasant, and the update of items is immediate. The auto-detect function for extra fields when entering a new password is fantastic; it creates new custom fields on the spot (for example, when saving access to a server or a database and you need to enter codes into multiple fields). Dislikes: Unfortunately, the auto-fill icon sometimes appears on video players instead of the cursor (for example, on the Google Drive player). It’s a shame that you can’t organize things into sub-folders, and if you have both a personal and a business account, you can’t link them and view one inside the other – you have to switch between them, which is very inconvenient for auto-filling passwords.

Likes: Super useful to store passwords and login fast. In our business, we have to bounce between several accounts and websites, each one with a different login info, so this makes changing from one to the other pretty seamless. Also makes access for all employees pretty easy, which allows us to get back to our duties faster without wasting time on logins. Dislikes: That it logs out automatically after a while, so you have to reenter the master password often

Likes: I appreciate the added security and how the app is really easy to use. It makes arranging purchases easy and secure, allowing others to paste card details without losing access to my information. The admin area is straightforward, simplifying tasks like adding or removing users, saving me time. NordPass Business is transparent, easy to use, reassuring, and safe, delivering exactly what I need. Dislikes: I initially found the setup process a bit confusing, especially having to deal with two different types of passwords or logins. Although it makes sense to me now and adds extra security, it was not straightforward at first.

Likes: Best in the industry service. Excellent website and customer service. From enquiry to onboarding- smooth transition. The product was easy to use and onboard to the team. NordPass business team provided us with resources and account manager was available to answer any questions. The sales handover to account manager was great. The team uses the product daily. It was easy to integrate with our platforms. Rollout was simple to the teams. Dislikes: As a small business without an internal IT team we needed a little bit more help to roll out the product. However, there are no issues with the product itself.

The interface is clean and intuitive, so team members adopt it quickly without much training. The centralized admin panel is especially valuable, giving visibility and control without being overwhelming. Dislikes: I’ve found that while NordPass Business is excellent overall, there are a few areas that could improve. The browser extension occasionally lags or doesn’t auto-fill consistently, which can be frustrating for some team members. The mobile app, though functional, feels slightly less streamlined compared to the desktop version.

Likes: The Chrome browser extension makes logging in to sites and storing new passwords easy. The team was previously using scribbled passwords in notebooks, so moving to a digital solution had to be straightforward, which it was. Sharing certain passwords across the team is very useful where one login is used by everyone, making password changes more secure. Overall, integrating Nordpass into the business and encouraging everyone to use it has proved an excellent improvement to the company. Dislikes: I had to set up two passwords originally and sometimes I'm not sure which password is being asked for on login.

Likes: I used Nordpass at a company that was under 100 people and it worked well. I have also used Lastpass before, and actually found Nordpass a lot more user friendly with a better UX/UI. I think workforce's with younger generations (millenial, Gen Z) would prefer the look and feel of Nordpass. Dislikes: Not much to not like. It does the job. I find password managers only useful for companys that are in the tech or financial industry, or have access to a lot of private information. Otherwise you don't really need it, unless you dont have a single sign on, or have a lot of employees from generations that tend to forget their passwords.

I go in and out of various websites throughout the day so I have to access my passwords frequently and it's always easy to track down what I'm looking for. It usually autofill's most of the passwords required too. Dislikes: It logs out quite frequently. Likes: The number of passwords required to manage day-to-day operations in any company or enterprise is substantial. This often leads staff to reuse the same password across multiple accounts, which poses significant security risks. NordPass, with MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) enabled, effectively addresses this issue by providing secure and convenient access to all passwords in one place. Read the original on G2Solid password manager and so easy to use
Likes: I've used NordPass and Dashlane for work and various other systems for personal accounts, and NordPass is one of the better password managers. It has a simple and easy-to-navigate interface and intuitive ways to create, save, and later edit new logins/passwords. On my team, we've found the Shared Folders to be particularly useful - gone are the days of saving a passwords spreadsheet on the team drive! We also share Secure Notes and Credit Cards quite often, both dedicated features of NordPass. Dislikes: I have very minor complaints that truly don't affect my overall great experience with NordPass Business. The first is that the automatic password generator doesn't allow you to specify parameters, such as min/max length or special characters allowed/required, which is an issue for the occasional website. Also, sometimes I don't want to save a login on NordPass, but the prompt will keep popping up for the next 2-3 pages - I think one reminder popup would be sufficient.
Read the original on G2The software lived up to my expectations but not without frustrations
Likes: First off, we appreciate how simple NordPass is to use. We were using LastPass before, but since the master account was tied to a former team member - and with growing concerns about security - we decided it was time to switch. Compared to LastPass, NordPass feels much more straightforward. It doesn’t overwhelm you with endless customisation options, which can be a bit much, especially for small teams. In our case, all we really needed was something that makes logging into internal and client accounts quick and easy. While security is obviously super important, most people just want a tool that works without adding extra steps - and NordPass strikes that balance really well by keeping the essentials front and center and leaving the rest optional. The second thing we like is the pricing. With LastPass, we were sharing one account across the whole company because of the cost (not ideal, we know). But with NordPass, we were finally able to give each team member their own account. It’s made things so much smoother, especially with everyone working from different locations and devices. Dislikes: To start with, the registration process felt a bit tedious. I’m pretty comfortable with tools like 2FA and password managers in general, but even I found it a little confusing at times. And I noticed it was even more challenging for some of my teammates - at least three of them needed help over a call just to get signed up and understand how 2FA works. It might be worth offering clearer guidance or a bit more onboarding support for users who aren’t as tech-savvy. I also remember getting tripped up during the initial setup when I was asked to create a "Master Password." That made sense - I figured it was the main password protecting everything else. But then I was prompted to create another password, and I wasn’t sure if it was supposed to be the same one or something different. I think the wording and explanations around that part could be a lot clearer, especially for users who are new to password managers or managing multiple accounts under one organisation. Functionality-wise, there are a few things that could be improved. For example, I've run into a bug where clicking on a saved password link takes me to a broken URL - like it duplicates the address: https://www.myservice.com/login/https://www.myservice.com/login/. That can be frustrating, especially when the saved URL looks fine at first glance. One of the more annoying issues is how often the browser extension logs me out during the day. In today’s fast-paced workflows, having to log back in repeatedly can really slow things down, especially with Electron-based apps and JS extensions already being a bit sluggish. There’s also some interference when I’m using multiple password managers - sometimes the icons from different extensions overlap in form fields, which makes it hard to click the right one. It’d be great if NordPass could handle that a bit more gracefully. Lastly, I’ve noticed NordPass sometimes shows up in every single field on forms, even when those fields clearly aren’t for login info. And occasionally it’ll pop up with a list of saved credentials when I’m just trying to fill out a basic contact form. It can get a bit overwhelming and distracting.

Likes: What I like best about NordPass Business is that it makes password management simple and secure for teams. The interface is easy to use, passwords can be stored and shared safely, and it helps reduce time spent resetting or remembering credentials. Features like autofill, secure sharing, and centralized access management improve productivity while maintaining security standards. Dislikes: One downside of NordPass Business is that some advanced features and admin controls can take time to learn initially. There can also be occasional friction when switching between devices or browsers, and pricing may feel higher for smaller teams. Improving customization options and making onboarding more intuitive would make the experience better.

The shared vaults and folders are incredibly useful for managing access across team members, and the user interface is clean and intuitive. We also appreciate the 2FA. Dislikes: The major downside is that we can't generate 2FA from our mobiles. The only other downside we’ve experienced is the limited sharing permission options. It would be helpful to allow more granular control, like sharing a single login from within a folder.

It’s convenient being able to access passwords across different devices, and the shared vault feature makes it easy for our team to collaborate without compromising security. Once you get used to the flow, it really does simplify a lot of day to day tasks. Dislikes: There’s a bit of a learning curve, especially for people who aren’t very tech savvy. Some features, like autofill, can be a little inconsistent or pop up when you don’t need them, which can be annoying. It’s not a huge deal, but it can slow you down at first until you get used to it.

Likes: It is very helpful that all the passwords are in one place and can be shared with others making it easier to share access, especially for a small team. It also helps as an admin to not have to remember all my passwords and still be able to access both admin passwords and personal business ones from the same account as a result of the sharing feature. Dislikes: We are having a hard time changing the admin of the business subscription. Our previous admin left, and despite providing the invoice from the business and showing that the person is no longer active, the team insists that without the previous admin, they cannot move admin rights. That has been a truly disappointing experience.
Read the original on G2Good for small business too
Likes: We are only a small business, and may people need to know the same passwords. That users can be grouped into teams and once a person joins the team, they have access to all the passwords in that team. I like the fact that I can share passwords with external people too (like service providers). When a person leaves, I have the option to transfer their passwords to another, that is very useful too. I received personal assistance quickly after I have asked a question. It was easy to implement the software, there are handy ways to import passwords from elsewhere. I use it every day. Dislikes: It is a little demanding and appears over some of my text and it is difficult to get rid of the 'helpful' attempt at filling in a value. This sometimes prevents me from filling in whatever form I am working on without trying to resize or something to get the 'helpful' window out of my way. Once I have logged in for the day, it still needs me to log in more times. I wish I could just log in for the day and be done with it. This application is far too visible in my daily activities.

Sharing passwords safely and knowing they are protected with strong encryption gives us peace of mind. Plus, the customer support is always quick to help out whenever we have questions. Dislikes: What I dislike about NordPass Business is that the autofill feature can be slow or not work well on some websites. It’s a bit annoying when you have to enter passwords manually. Also, the setup process could be simpler for new users.
Read the original on G2Powerful but lacking features
Likes: The integration with multiple different browsers is a great thing to have. The platform allows for secure password sharing among team members, reducing reliance on insecure methods like spreadsheets or email. Centralized control helps enforce strong password policies and manage access efficiently. Efficient Onboarding and Offboarding of new employee accounts. The features NordPass offers are very helpful and NordPass offers more than a regular user should ask for. Dislikes: NordPass lacks a meaningful subfolder structure which makes imports from, let's say, KeePass somewhat clunky and time-consuming. NordPass password filtering option is also lacking - the keywords in the search bar have to be typed in word for word and keyword searches are often difficult since you can't have two unrelated words (unordered) from an entry - KeePass did it better... The user interface is quite bulky, in my opinion, it should have a smaller font and a smaller preview window.
Read the original on G2The best password manager unless you use Apple products
Likes: It works well especially on PC. It's pretty easily accessible and very convenient while still being secure, and it works well across devices. It's also very nice being able to share passwords and data securely between members of our organization. Dislikes: My biggest gripe is when you log in some places, it has the option to view your password so you can make sure it's correct (typically a little eye icon), but when you have NordPass, their little logo for using auto-fill covers over and blocks that so you can't visually confirm the password is the one you need. Not a huge deal, but annoying at times. I also prefer Apple's password manager and use it instead for personal applications because I like the UI better, I trust its security more, and it just seems more polished. But if I didn't have Apple devices, I'd use NordPass personally as well.
Read the original on G2One of the better password safe apps
Likes: They use good security measures that has been independently reviewed and recommended, so this is one of a very few I'd consider comfortably safe these days. Dislikes: The UI can be chunky — not as bad as legacy stuff like LastPass, but not nearly as easy to use as 1Password. It's missing proper integration between the web browser plugin (where you use it most of the time) and the desktop app (which I often have open for other reference) — it's frustrating that the fingerprint login on the desktop app doesn't work on the web extension, for example. It's very buggy, with frequent updates required (which often solve a one bug but introduce another).

Likes: I appreciate the options to keep some information personal, while also being able to share some passwords with my colleagues. I work in finance, so many of my passwords are only for the higher "management" of our charity, while I need access to some of the less sensitive passwords of other people I work with as well. Being able to determine what different people in our organisation have access to is valuable. Dislikes: I have had a little trouble over the last year or so with NordPass not supporting some websites, or having trouble logging in. For the most part, NordPass logs be right in to the my frequently used sites, and it is very convenient, but every now and then I come across something that it just doesn't seem to connect with. But usually a while later it will just begin to work...

Likes: I appreciate NordPass Business’s seamless integration with Vanta, which significantly smoothens our ISO certification process. The pricing structure is quite reasonable, especially for a team of five, and aligns well with our budget constraints. Dislikes: The user interface needs streamlining. The current setup with a separate admin panel and app is cumbersome and not user-friendly. The two-step authentication process is cumbersome, especially when compared to the experience with similar services like One Password. Overall usability is not super great, rating it as a six out of ten. There is definitely room for improvement for a tool that is used daily.

It helps us keep all the passwords within the department organized and it has different access levels in the password managers, so department heads can easily manage which passwords team members can access. Dislikes: Nordpass appears in almost every single input field on any website which tends to get annoying. Whether it's a password field, name field or email field, Nordpass is there. Likes: Tracking old / weak passwords to ensure that requirements for certifications are being met Dislikes: The password changing feature isn't quite as sophisticated as it could be and the link option often doesn't take you directly to the correct page.

Likes: NordPass Business offers a solid password management solution that works well across multiple platforms, including PC, Mac, and Android. For its core use case—storing and syncing passwords—it performs well in daily use. The pricing is also quite affordable, which may make it an attractive option for small to mid-sized teams. Dislikes: One recurring annoyance is the need to occasionally re-enter both the account and master passwords, which many co-workers have trouble remembering when it's only used once a month or so. Additionally, the Chrome extension has proven to be unreliable at times, with a notable period in 2024 when it stopped working for several days because of a bad update from Nord. Another limitation is the software’s inability to store anything beyond text-based secrets. For example, it doesn’t support saving key files or certificates, which are commonly used in a tech company.

Likes: Nordpass has been incredible for our business, helping us facilitate password management among our team. The Nordpass extension on Google has also been very useful. So far, our experience with Nordpass has been positive and problem-free. Dislikes: One area for improvement is the billing section. We cannot access or edit our payment method, nor can we see the invoices section to view our breakdown.

Likes: What I like best about NordPass Business is the auto-login feature, which saves a significant amount of time. The browser extension is seamlessly synced across all eight of my browsers, ensuring I have access to my passwords wherever I need them. Additionally, the password update detection feature is incredibly useful as it prompts me to update my passwords regularly, enhancing our overall security. Dislikes: What I dislike about NordPass Business is that I have to sign in to each browser separately; there is no way to sync the sign-in process as we used to be able to do with the desktop app (now discontinued). Additionally, there is no hotkey to activate the extension, which would be a useful feature for quicker access. Another minor inconvenience is that I have to click twice to copy the username and password, which can be a bit cumbersome.

Likes: It does the job, but not the most user friendliness. Dislikes: Don't like how each password has to be shared individually and can't batch share by multiple-selection or share a whole folder of passwords to others, like LastPass. In lastpass, you can share entire folders to any number of people and then can even set the access rights for each of those passwords within the folder individually all on one screen, just by ticking checkboxes. No need to go through the sharing processing and different interfaces again and again when you're working with a bunch of different groups of people who need access to a groups of different things.

Likes: I like using NordPass business for its ease of use and the fact that it keeps all my passwords together in one place. It's great when you have to create an account on a website and you can use the password generator function and it allows you to define how detailed the password needs to be. Dislikes: The only thing that is slightly annoying is it often signs you out after a period of time and you need to log back in but that doesn't take very long to do.
